Clickindustrial includes the new “Testing Laboratory” category in its offer
Technical cleanliness testing for parts and components that is only one click away

Clickindustrial extends its range of services by incorporating new laboratory tests for industrial customers.

The aim of the Clickindustrial service portfolio is to offer companies more digital industrial services that are only one click away after incorporating a new category called “testing laboratory via the new laboratory services portal Tekniker offers.

The ultimate goal of Clickindustrial and Tekniker is to include an extensive battery of industrial tests in the mid-term. The portal will launch this new category and include a number of initial tests associated with technical cleanliness.

Consequently, and thanks to this platform, customers will be able to purchase various technical cleanliness tests to be carried out in the laboratory or on-site such as “Tape Lift” tests in accordance with VDA 19.1, ISO 16232:2018 or specific customer standards.

With technical cleanliness tests it is possible to analyse any residual pollution present in parts and components to be installed in highly demanding systems currently in use in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, healthcare, hydraulics and precision components.

In order to provide this service, Tekniker offers cleaning booths for different morphologies, components and sizes as well as an optical microscope for automatic particle analysis with polarised light and an automated scanning electronic microscope with EDS.

Tekniker’s laboratory, certified by ENAC, has been a pioneer in this field in Spain since 2015, a fact that corroborates that the test does meet the parameters set forth in the regulation applicable to the degree of cleanliness testing for components pursuant to ISO 16232:2018.
