Clickindustrial includes tests in its catalogue of services that ascertain the degree of technical cleanliness achieved
Analysing the degree of cleanliness of components by clicking only once

Clickindustrial extends its range of services for industrial clients by incorporating tests to ascertain the degree of technical cleanliness.

The aim of this Clickindustrial service portfolio developed by Tekniker is to grow even further by offering companies digital, single-click industrial services in the form of “testing to ascertain the level of technical cleanliness”. The platform sells these tests that can be carried out at laboratory settings or on-site by using ‘Tape Lift’ tests.

Thanks to this service it is now possible to analyse residual contamination present in parts and components to be installed in highly demanding systems used in a number of sectors such as automotive, aerospace, healthcare as well as on hydraulic and precision components.

In order to provide this service, cleansing booths are currently available to cover a wide range of morphologies, components and sizes. An optical, polarised light microscope can also be provided for automatic particle analysis together with an automated scanning electron microscope automated with EDX.

Tekniker’s laboratory, certified by ENAC, has been involved in pioneering actions in Spain since 2015, a fact that proves that the test does meet the requirements stipulated by the regulations in terms of the degree of cleanliness to be achieved in components according to ISO 16232:2018.

In addition to providing these tests, the platform also offers others adapted to customer requirements. Training and technical consultancy are also available.
