IK4-TEKNIKER is participating in the 12th International Conference on “High Speed Machining” scheduled to take place from 18 to 20 October, 2015, in Nanjing, China.
This year’s edition will be focussing on advances in productivity and quality and will be offering researchers and engineers the chance to take a closer look at manufacturing in China and also in the rest of the world.
This conference aims to put the international scientific and technological community in contact with the industrial community to present the technologies that are being developed, and at the same time to give researchers an opportunity to get to know the demands of industry at first hand.
First edition outside Europe
Over more than 10 years, the HSM conference has been successfully held in European cities such as Donostia-San Sebastian, Darmstadt, Metz and Prague.
In recent years, however, China has become one of the biggest manufacturing markets in the world since advanced machining technology is now one of the most important research trends. That is why the 12th edition of this conference is going to be hosted by Nanjing, one of China's most developed areas.
