IK4-TEKNIKER launches CRM

IK4-TEKNIKER is introducing a new tool to further the improvement in its client relationship management process

IK4-TEKNIKER has a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to reinforce its client orientation.

IK4-TEKNIKER is continuing to innovate in its internal management processes by introducing a new tool known as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as from September 2013 onwards, so that it can go on furthering the improvement of its client relationship management process.

It is a piece of software designed to facilitate the registration, analysis and exploitation of the data for monitoring IK4-TEKNIKER’s activity with its clients.

Many of the challenges that the centre is facing in this new strategic period are very closely linked to market action; proximity and listening to innovative companies are indispensable elements if we are to respond to their needs appropriately and at the right moment.

The complexity of the markets, the speed of the changes and specific, customised needs are calling for intense coordination work at our R&D centre where the researchers who contact the clients constitute a considerable number of people and have highly specialised knowledge. In the desire to offer a better and more comprehensive solution, it is essential to coordinate all the contacts made, a move which has the potential to increase IK4-TEKNIKER’s relational capital.

After considerable work adapting the tool to the needs of this Basque centre, IK4-TEKNIKER is now tackling the introduction phase; we are convinced that it will help to support the advance towards an ambitious aim of a greater and enhanced presence on the market.
