The metrology of IK4-TEKNIKER at MetalMadrid

IK4-TEKNIKER is to participate for the first time as an exhibitor at the ninth edition of MetalMadrid, the Industrial Trade Exhibition of the Community of Madrid to be held on November 16 & 17 in Hall 4 of the IFEMA facilities in Madrid.

The technology centre has been allocated stand B22 from where it will present the industry in general terms, although with a specific focus on the aeronautical business and its scope of metrology capabilities.

In particular, the technology centre will display its capabilities in terms of characterising heavy duty components and production means: on the one hand, the calibration and certification of machine tools, coordinate measuring machines and precision mechatronic systems and, on other, the geometric characterisation of work pieces and components by means of in-situ dimensional measuring.

Likewise, IK4-TEKNIKER will display its laser tracer unit used for volumetric compensation and verification of machine tools and coordinate measuring machines.

MetalMadrid

This two-day trade fair will have on display an extensive range of industrial products featuring some of Spain’s most outstanding developments related to the industry in activity areas such machine tools (stock removal and metal forming), work pieces, components and fittings, lubricants, metrology and quality control, materials, industrial software, robots, automated systems, welding and surface treatments.

The previous edition of this trade exhibition held in 2015 featured 350 companies at 266 stands occupying 10,000 square metres of exhibition space.
