IK4-TEKNIKER to participate in the annual Reliable Plant conference 2013

IK4-TEKNIKER, a collaborating partner of Noria Corporation for Spain and Portugal, will be participating in the 14th Annual Reliable Plant Conference 2013. The conference is organised by the American corporation every year and has been helping industry for over 15 years to improve the reliability of its machines through better lubrication practices and oil analyses.

The IK4-TEKNIKER Oil Analysis Unit will be presenting a paper entitled "How to Identify Root Causes of Lubrication Failures". The method presented consists of identifying why machine maintenance failures occur as a result of lubrication problems and establishing a template enabling the root causes of these failures to be identified. The presentation provides an overview of the method, and is the result of a study carried out over the course of 5 years by IK4-TEKNIKER.

The conference

Following the success of last year’s conference, which was held in April 2012 and was attended by over 1,000 experts and professionals from the lubrication, oil analysis and reliability sectors, this year’s event (the 14th one so far) will feature sessions and seminars on new technologies and trends in relation to machine lubrication, oil analysis and reliability, and will offer professionals a chance to come together to share their knowledge and experience.

It will be held in Columbus (Ohio, USA) from 16 to 18 April 2013.
