IK4-TEKNIKER to participate in the Lasers in Manufacturing (LiM) conference

The IK4-TEKNIKER Advanced Manufacturing Technology Unit is to present a paper on a laser polishing process for aeronautical alloys at the Lasers in Manufacturing (LiM) conference to be held from 13 to 16 May 2013 in Munich (Germany).

This scientific conference, which is held every two years, focuses on the latest advances and trends in the field of laser applications in material processing.

Organised by the German Scientific Laser Society (WLT), as part of the World of Photonics Congress, every two years this conference brings together expert researchers, scientists and professionals from the industrial sector to present and share their latest findings and scientific advances and to discuss issues related to laser technology. This year, the conference organisers estimate that over 100 scientific and industrial papers will be presented during the course of the event.
